Purpose Statement:

“The Purpose of the Independent Representative Council (IRC) is to leverage the skills and knowledge of an expansive geographic network of successful independent contractors that improve a commercial facility’s building environment, operational efficiency, asset protection, and secure the safety of the occupants. IRC member companies provide professional business and technical capabilities, while sharing proven resources to contribute to the development of green and sustainable buildings, products and services that benefit the commercial building market.”
